algorithmic modeling for Rhino

filleting curves and rotating shapes

Hi guys, please does anyone know how I can fillet two curves meeting to create a rounded end rather than the sharp joint.

In addition, i've placed rectangles and points at the end of a curve but the rectangle is parralel to the XY plane, i need it to be perpendicular to the XY plane.

I meant i needed the rectangle to be perpendicular to the XZ plane.
