I dont understand what exactly you need. Extruded parts from the big piece I think would improve your definition, especially to adjust the parties.

You're right there were too many breps! I corrected them.

But, does not exist in Grasshopper a symple way to fillet surface together as in Rhino??

so I could extrude and give a thickness after fillet parties
