Fill Holes of a Mesh in specific regions?

Hello everybody,

I am currently developing a shell that canalizes rain water. I used waveabird plugin to extract its skeleton, which is nice and all, but some of my supports (not all) need to be closed in order to canalize the water. Any ideas how this can be achieved?

I would take a lot of time to do it manually.

Hi.

Not sure this is what you want, anyway if you want to fill your funnel base parts, then this could be a way.
