algorithmic modeling for Rhino

facade porosity

Hey guys I´m working on a tower project and I need to develop a skin for it, and I wanted to do something like the image below, the idea is that the facade has porosity so that in some spaces is more opened than others, but I don´t know how to start, could somebody please give me advice??
