algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Extrusion problem

Hello im fairly new to grashopper and i have been experimenting with Random Reduce + Random Panel Extrusion. I seem to be getting weird effects, such as Multiple panels extruded at single point, and panels extruding in weird slanted and not with the surface. My definition might need cleanup as well, im noobie.
