Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi everyone,

someone could help me solving this problem? I have made a surface and trimmed it in section, then I made polylines and I want to extrude a square along these polylines, and perpendicular to they... Any idea?

Could you be a little bit more clear what you want to achieve?
(Protip: I by myself could resolve things often just by thinking what I really need and how I could achieve it)

you're right, I'm sorry... what I want to achive is similar to the picture, maybe it is simple to do, but I'm lost

no one can help me?

Because there are usually several ways to do somethingis necessary to know the logic that follows the questioner to adapt the response. Therefore it is desirable upload a ghfile, not necessarily your work, only the part where you have the problem. Since we do not know how you're doing, I give you a generic solution, the second in the image.

Curve> tangent planes> placing section> loft

Thank you for the reply, here's the definition and what I achieve, but there's an error because some of the rectangle are vertical, other are rotated and I don't know why... Why?

I think you have not internalized the surface, so I could not access your definition. In these cases you should share the 3dm file.

Look at the attachment. Your problem was that you needed to align the planes, since you've used a method of plane does not specify the position of all axes. I hope my def. help you.
