Extrude surface to boundary

is someone can give me a solution to extrude a surface on a boundary to obtain a solid ?

1- Project surface edge to boundary surface

2- Split boundary surface with the projected curve

3- Loft original surface edge with projected curves.

4- Join all for closed brep.
