Extrude into offset shape?

I have a lofted surface, then I use offset on it- it gives me slightly smaller surface and that is what I want. Is there any possibility to easily extrude the first surface into the second? So instead of 2 surfaces from the offset, I get all the surfaces from extrude but exactly into the same direction as offset?

like this? (used the C# way because extrude both sides isn't available in components - very handy if tolerance issues are around (bool union etc etc)).

BTW: a Brep (trimmed "surface") and a Surface (untrimmed "surface") ARE not the same animal.

thanks for the reply, actualy I have found an answer - I just extracted the edges, made into tree, and lofted them into surfaces + so I have now what I needed :)
