Extrude curves normal to the surface

Hi guys,

I have made a curve attraction and mapped it to a surface. What i am trying to do next is to extrude the curves normal to the surface. I am having difficulty making and connecting the extrusion definition to the mapped attraction definition.

I am still a beginner. This is made from various of sources. Any advice would be awesome. Thanks in advance.
