Extracting text data from combined text/numeric .csv file

Hi,

Does anyone know how to extract text data from a .csv file that is being tracked out of the Read File component?  I have specific text that must follow the numeric data and stream the contents of both into a separate .csv file but I have to run the numbers through an equation first and output both the solution & the imported raw data.  Obviously, I must remove the text to run the equation, but I need to mate that back up with the solution after the expression.  Seems confusing, but it's really simple what I'm trying to do.  I have attached a file that indicates the final streamed contents (without text) and also a "-test" file as shown below with the desired text I need exported.
