Extract slider title to be uses in list

Is it possible to use the title of a slider to then be used in a list?

I have numerous sliders which are all titled differently. I then would like each title of each slider to then be used in a list without manually entering the titles on to a list.

Here's a scripting approach using the GHPython component.
