extract certain branches from a tree

hi, i'm kinda new to python and programming in general, so i hope someone can help me with this,

i made a script which makes a set of polygons. my goal is to connect all of the vertices of each polygon to the vertices of the next polygon. i got all my vertices of all polygons in one tree, but i couldn't succeed to extract one set of points (for example {0;0;1} in order to connect it with another

help would be greatly appreciated!

Its C# but maybe you can translate to python.

Hey Raul, thanks again for the C# component you've sent me :) if its no to much of a bother, is it possible to ask you how to make it do loft between each polygon (instead of connecting lines between each polyon's end points)
