Export rhino simulation

what do you mean exactly by "retain the simulation"?

What I mean is if I create a animation (simulation) using attractors, when I export the geometry to 3ds max will the attractors still work in 3ds max?

Hell no. There's no way to transfer the actual algorithm to any application other than Rhino+Grasshopper. You might be able to export the frames of an animation, but no more than that.
