Export Help

For some reason, exported help files all begin with:

<!-- <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">

 

The "<!--" is a comment flag, and makes the files undisplayable in any browser except Internet Explorer.
