can local code export STL files?

It is possible, but you always have to confirm the rhino-export-setting from stl, so if you have many objects to export, you always have to click the "OK" button.

maybe there is a way to disable the export settings question in rhino.

Go in Rhino. Export anything. In the export dialog, choose Options... and check Always use these settings. Do not show this dialog again.
