"expected an indented block" error

Hi all, I am trying to make spider web based geometry liked attached image, and I am having a little bit of trouble with this open source.

I have an error which says "expected an indented block" Could you please guide me on how to deal with this error.

And If you see any syntax errors please indicate them too me. As you can see I am a beginner.

From Wikipedia:

"Python uses whitespace indentation, rather than curly braces or keywords, to delimit blocks;
a feature also termed the off-side rule. An increase in indentation comes after certain
statements; a decrease in indentation signifies the end of the current block.^[33]I would recommend going through the Rhino.Python primer which introduces all the basic Python syntax within the first few pages. Hope that helps :)
