exoskeleton

Hello, 

Ive been trying many ways to give thickness to this spiderweb. I tried to do it with pipe, and it works on some curves of the spiderweb, but I need it done on all of the curves. 

I have been told that this can be done with the exoskeleton plugin, but Ive tried looking for tutorials and searched how to use it to do what I need it to do and have had no luck. 

Could somebody please help me? Thank you so much
