algorithmic modeling for Rhino

exception occured loading plugin grasshopper

I am getting this error

 

 

 

I am running Rhino 4 SR9 with windows 7, I made sure to download the microsoft runtimes here:

http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=26347

 

As strange as it is my machine is not letting me install Rhino 5 either.

 

 FYI my machine is running with an Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU x5675 @ 3.07GHz 3.07GHz GHz (2 processors)

This is a server chip, I dont think that is the problem but I wanted to throw that out there. If anyone has any advice or has had similar problems please let me know. Thanks much.

I grabbed the 64X runtimes not the 32 bit, my mistake. Grasshopper is loading fine in Rhino 4 but I still cant get 5 to install.

I run dual xeons, hasn't been a problem installing.
