excel 2007 ???

I´m having the typical error while reading an excel file using ttoolbox (i tried, 1.7, 1.6, 1.5 and 1.4 versions):

the microsoft.office.interop.excel version=14.0.0.0 (no matter the file path). The component turned on red just by pluging a boolean true or false on the R (even before setting the file path)

I unlocked every file (dll, gha..) im using windows 10, rhino 5 SR12 64bits, grasshopper 0.90075. All the files are in the same folder (components folder) so I dont know what the hell is happening... :(

I think the only way of solving that is installing Office 2010, but I would need to avoid this option.
