Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

This might be an easy one,
so I am evaluating a curve in percentages of its length.
Lets say from 0 to 12.5% ,and I have two evaluate curve to get the same evaluation point, starting from the first endpoint and also starting from the second endpoint of the curve.  But it doesnt work.

I want to evaluate the curve from both endpoints symmetricly.. so if I am getting the point at 12.5% percent of its length, I want to have the same thing but starting from the other side, (87.5%)? So then I am evaluating a pair of symmetrical points along the curve. Seems easy but some how I am stuck.

Thanks again

Is this what you are trying to achieve?

i think it works with the evaluate length tool, but any other recomendations are welcome, kind regards
Are you using "evaluate curve" or "evaluate length"? The "t" value along the curve is often asymmetrical, so using symmetrical t values in the "evaluate curve" usually won't result in equal length segments. Check the attached...
