Points with same distance from base point Curve does not show averagely.

A Curve's Parameter is not the same as distance along curve. 

You will need to use the Evaluate Length component

The problem is I use Shatter, with the points I add or minus distance from divided points.

Also, because I use divide curve, the t parameter is inherited from that component so that shatter should be better to use.

OK, When I re-draw the curve again in Rhino, Everything became fine.

Does anyone know why curves imported from CAD may not behave properly?  (the curve is composed of arch and straight line) This is not the first time I come across this.
