This is a bug in the Full Name option. Just rename the Parameter from Variable Y to something else without a space.

right click the input variable name

a menu will pop up

you will see said variable name on top of the menu

click it

rename it

Right click on the Param name that you have the slider plugged into. At the Top you will see a field where you can change the name.
