Error with Grasshopper wizard in Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2013

I downloaded the Grasshopper Wizard from here, but when I try to install it on Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2013 on Windows 8.1 I get the following message:

I am attaching also the log file.

Does anybody have an idea of why this happens? Suggestions?

Potrei anche aver dimenticato alcune versioni dalla lista (era il 2013 ed i nomi evolvono). Ma qui vedi che la versione "per Windows" serve per fare le app...

Credo che ti serva la versione "Windows Desktop". Per favore, dimmi come va una volta che hai installato quella. Tienimi anche aggiornato sui tuoi sviluppi.
