algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Error "Solution exception:Object reference not set to an instance of an object." Any idea why this is happening?

Hi Guys I really need help.

I am new to grasshopper and I have this definition to apply a paneling system into a curved surface , the pattern reacts to the curvature angle.

The definition worked on one surface but when I try to apply the same thing to another curved surface I get this error  "Solution exception:Object reference not set to an instance of an object." Any idea why this is happening?

I really need help.

Thanks

The Rhino file was too big to attach (HELP)

the file is super messy, having containers with no "internalised" data. Anyhow, what I could see is that you have more number of scale factors going inside the scale component than the number items; probably that is what's causing the messy behaviour. Kindly upload a better version of the definition with complete data. So that I could help you better.

Hey Adita, I am sorry I am a beginner and I really don't know enough to have a better version of it but I really need help. Is there any other way I could get your help. I could email you the rhino file

Hi Neb in that case just upload the rhino file here.

Is there anyway I could email the file because its 19.1 mb and the limit is 5. Also I figured out how to attach it to a new form by using the Brep instead of Surface but now the script is not acting the same way meaning its not creating the pattern according to the curvature of the form

wait I deleted something and now I could upload the file
