algorithmic modeling for Rhino
For the title of your post try the random reduce component, for the content of your post try the cull index component.
If these geometries are created within GH or even if you just need to work on some of your rhino referenced geometries without having them deleted from the rhino file then do as Vicente suggests. However if u want to delete geometries in your rhino file within the GH environment you will need to use some scripting. As an alternative you can internalize the initial geometries and then manipulate the in GH without having any actual geometry in the rhino file.
again I might be over-thinking things..
