Equality / similarity / smaller than component not working

Hello, I'm trying to delete duplicate curves from a tree and I'm doing it using deconstructing the end points of those curves and comparing the points with equality and it works partially: as you can see, the points 0.0 and 209.0 work, but the 104.5 not !!!  It's driving me crazy, i've tried with similarity, smaller than, converting the numbers to integers, to absolute, and nothing works.
