Trying to equalise distances using Galapagos.

I googled up this discussion which is about determining equal distance between points in Galapagos: http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/help-with-galapagos

It didn't solve my problem in that I am trying to equalise more than two values, ie the lengths of lines created with certain sliders for rotation and points and which they intersect.

I've created one big function doing a mass substraction comparing each length with one another. It results in a component with over 30 lengths substractions. This doesn't seem like the right way to go.

How can this be done?

It seems easier for me to use Kangaroo's equalize component.

Can you share a bit more? Are you trying to make all lengths have a specific value, or should all lengths simply be the same?

I attached a file that moves 50 points around and tries to equalise the length of the connecting segments. However an undirected search in a 100 dimensional space like this is going to take a long time to complete.
