equal triangulation on a free surface with panneling tools

Hello everybody!
i try to transform a free surface to make a good triangulation with equal distance.
it seems to be good for the squared line but how can i do to make it good for all the diagonal
i would like to obtain the same triangulation everywhere; is it geometricaly possible?
After that i would like to move the new surface by anchor point because of course we obtain a other surface
can you help me?
Thanks a lot
ivan

Well ...

I have good, bad and ugly news:

Ugly news: Impossible to to that without an engine the likes of Kangaroo or some genius iteration via Anemone.

Bad news: Kangaroo works with meshes ... and if the mesh is @$%@$ you'll get $@$%@%$@ as well (don't ask questions about trimmed stuff and/or holes  = brep with a single face).

Good news: See file attached (appears extra complicated, but it's very simple IF you have got the gist of that Kangaroo thing). Of course I'm cheating by using an easy nurbs that can be easily divided and yield a mesh (after unification) that can be easily triangulated.

PS: GH fails to internalize things > if this is the case use Rhino file

As Peter mentioned, this is very difficult to achieve and may be impossible for much of the free-form surfaces. PanelingTools is mostly concerned about rectangular paneling and NURBS geometry. The triangular patterns are derived from the rectangular and hence can be very challenging to achieve triangulation with equal distances unless you have simple surfaces such as planes and from single extrusion.

BTW: not apples to apples but maybe(?) worth(??) reading (definition is abandoned for a while and recently resurrected : version 12 and counting):

well, peter and Rajaa Isaa
In fact, i understand that in this geometric case, sure, we need one relax line to paste on a free form surface. if panneling tools is made for rectangular patterns the relax line will be the diagonal one.
Let me take kangoroo to open the peter's sending files. i also see what Anemone looks like.
thanks!..

get a more "clean" definition (with a 3rd test case).
