algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I cannot figure out how to make equal spacing for gradually rotated objects, please see attached image. The spacing is shown as circles in the image (the maximum distance between two objects). Attached is also the unfinished GH definition.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Simon

Hi.

Something like this?

Wow, thanks!

This is really close, as it gives equal spacing along x-axis.

My task is a bit more complicated, as I am looking for equal spacing between the objects - or maybe the right definition would be equal gap between objects. In the screenshot below I added measurements to demonstrate the gap I am reffering to.

You might want to consider an iterative approach using Anemone.

From here: http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/recursive-definition?comm...

P.S.  That example used collision detection to space objects of equal size.  Other variations of the same idea, using Anemone, can be found here:

divide curve by distance between points

And here, which divides a curve by random lengths instead of distances between points:

Randomly divide a closed curve
