algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello,
I encounter a problem with goats.

In fact during my optimization, it is possible that the value is "empty".

The value is then connected to goat "Empty generic parameter data" goat accepts as a result. It would be interesting not take into account what kind of value.

Is that clear?

Dear Remy,

the mathematics of goat require the objective function to be well-defined in the sense that it provides an output value for each possible configuration of input variables (number sliders).

I might make goat in the future more robust to handle "empty values", but this is non-trivial. In the meanwhile I ask you to restrict the range of the input parameters, such that the objective function's output is well-defined all the time.

best, simon

yes,now it is.

I had to force my values optimization measures of outcomes.
