Elk 0.3 Released

I've just released another update for Elk over on food4Rhino for those that are interested.  I've mostly made updates to the OSM components, to allow for streaming data to access larger areas, and to allow individual points that have an assigned a feature type to be retrieved in addition to the ways.  I've changed up most of the inputs in general, and the outputs of the location component, so it may break definitions created with the previous version(s).

There's also a documentation file uploaded to food4Rhino that should help you get up and running with the new version.
