Elipse Algorithm using c# instead of grasshopper

Hi there,

I am exploring a series of rotating ellipses that start to form circular patterns. I have done this using grasshopper however i manually scaled the size of the ellipses before rotating a group of them to form these patterns.

I am wanting to find out if anybody knew how to generate a similar result using c# to generate this form.

Any help would be massively appreciated.

Here you have it in python. I don't know C# but I'm sure you can make sense of it and rewrite it.
