algorithmic modeling for Rhino

dynamic variable offset of part of a curve based on a point

I want to offset part(green color) of a curve to a new one like this (looks like a guassian map), the main rules for offset is the offset distance is bigger when the point on the curve is more closed to the point with (black circle). 

it is like an attractor can influence a curve from some point, the far the point on the curve is from the point(black circle), the influence is less.

It's not necessary that you shatter it. I just left that because I put it there at first, but then I realized that it's not necessary. 

Having used the graph mapper you can also try with other functions. It works nice.
