Dynamic surface ?

Hello everyone,
I am trying to use dynamic surface elements on my project thats why i started to learn Grasshopper and Rhino.I found this work but codes are not so apperent and i dont know yet how to code it,can you please help me about this? or can anyone post if there is another surface pattern such as this kind dynamic surface you know?

Hi.

Why don't you search and ask to the actual author(Reza Eslami) who created your reference image directly to "here"?
I think it's an old definition and not sure if he'll answer for you.
BTW, I remember that I answered to similar request as yours once. Check "this" thread as well.

I have something similar but a little bit complicated and fit for not all shapes. Check this link if its ok show shape u want work on or share u code here and I can develop it.
