This is excellent! Thanks for sharing your work - clearly a lot of time invested in streamlining this component - it works great.

I've made some major updates to Gridshell Components and added a few example GH files to get started:

This includes a new 'Unroll Curve' component allowing any curve on a surface to be unrolled into 2D.

Hi - you need 'Gridshell Components.GHA' installed. I posted the latest version here:

http://www.grasshopper3d.com/profiles/blogs/latest-version-of-grids...

Just copy the GHA file into your Grasshopper Components folder and everything should run OK.
