Divide curves and make Lines

Dear all,

Target:

1. 1 closed rectangle polyline

2. Divide this polyline into 16 segments, not by equal gap for whole curve but each side have 4 equal one.

3. 1 circle also divided by 16 at the center.

4. Make lines from circle to polyline as sketch.

Try this: I assumed you actually meant segments and not just points.

Sorry to not mention clear last time. In my case, I still want the circle have equal segments and it is in different plane from the rectangle.
