algorithmic modeling for Rhino

How can I divide a surface in U and V directions where in the U-direction, the surface is devided equally, but in the V-direction, the surface is divided into a sequence of narrow stripe and wide stripe?  I would like to be able to specify the width of the wide stripe and that the width of the narrow one would be the subtraction of the wide one from the regular interval value.  E.g. if V is divided into 10 equal parts, and each part is 1 unit long, I want to be able to specify that the 'wide' stripe is, say, 0.7, and thus the narrow stripe is 0.3.

Thank you!
