Divide a surface

Hello all,

I'm having some trouble splitting these surfaces. 

I already tried to use several split and intersection commands but none worked out. 

There are 17 surfaces and my aim is to split each of them in four parts as you can get by the geometry of them. 

In my opinion the problem is that these four surfaces are touching each other only on one point and there is not anough "room to made a cut"

Someone has any suggestion?
