Distribute box along curves

Hi all,

I am stuck. I am trying to distribute/array/orient a box along along a series of contours. I found on another discussion a perfect solution to do that on one curve. The problem is when i use it on the contour above, the pieces align vertically. I need them to alternate. 

I am note sure if I should cull odd and even numbers but I can´t make it work.

I would appreciate your help.

It will not be the same as a common bond brick wall because the length of each line is different.

You are the best! What I wanted to do was too complicate.

I found that if I have vertical cilinders as base geometry, is pretty straight forward.

You helped me immensely. Now I have to study what you sent me to learn :D
