Display Help Tooltips

I have long been frustrated with the unability to leave comments in my patches for others or even myself for when I come back to something later.

Till now I left Panels with text inside everywhere, but it was just totally messy and not pretty.

So now I have come up with a slightly better solution - using the description of an empty cluster.

I just made a cluster from a panel, this gives you a cluster with no input and output. I selected a sensible icon, set the NickName to "Help" and can now duplicate the cluster (copy/paste then right-click > Disentangle) and edit the description. 

Now you can just hover over the " ! " and get instant comments.

What do you think? (it doesnt show the cursor in the screenshot, but its hovering over the " ! " in the top left). Shame you cant disable the preview of the cluster contents, then it would be perfect.
