Hi Pi Di,

Try this:

Once you open both .3dm and .gh files, right click on the Hoopsnake component (you will have to install it first, if you did not have it by now) and choose "Reset all". This resetting has to be done each time you open the .gh file. Then after that in order to get your polyline, again right click on Hoopsnake and choose: "Auto loop all".

Here's another solution, not using Hoopsnake. The [MassAddition] component is surprisingly useful.
