Dimension Problem

Hello every one i have problem with dimension in rhino .i cant set z dimension for my model.i want something like this one that i have mentioned in this photo.is there anyone know how to solve this problem?

have you tried to draw your dimension through the front view viewport?

Or you can change your CPlane.
