algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Diagrid Rectangular Piping

I am trying to have a polygonal pipe sweep my curves for the attached gridshell. It is not working properly. I have tried sweep 1 with P frames, but it is not cooperating. Is there a solution I am overlooking?

something like this? i used extrude along curve.
