Diagrid do not fit properly in line, different surfaces

I have made a building with different surfaces, I want a diagrid on these surfaces. This diagrid have to be the same size, also around the corner. So when one diagrid is half on one surface and half on the other, it have to join properly. 

I don't know how it is possible to do that?
