Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi!

I created a diagrid between multiple curves (see simplified attached file).

The diagrid is now only consisting out of curves. I want the curves to gain thickness.

The diagrid is for a façade, so it is going to be the construction of the façade. I want to sweep a construction profile over the lines (rectangle).

My question is, how can I achieve that the lines are becoming a construction with thickness?

I hope someone can help me with this, and is it possible to use any geometry for this?

Another question, when I have the straight construction, how can I round the corners of by the nodes?

I hope someone can help me with this!

Thanks in advance!

Did you try 'Pipe'?

Would be easier to look at your code if you can internalize the diagrid so 'LunchBox' isn't needed?

Yes i tried using the pipe option, however i want the section to be a rectangular shape, and not a circle.
You mean only the lines without using lunchbox?
I know you can use the sweep component to sweep a surface over a line.
But how can you control that surface when the curves arent straight?
Is there a way to apply a constructive section to a line?
