algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi Willem,
As mentioned in the description of isConditioned_ input. Setting it to True would essentially assign IdealAirLoads systems to your zone / zones. In Honeybee, IdealAirLoads system can be used to assess thermal balance of your zones. With this system, you can assess the heating load and cooling load for your zone / zones without setting up a detailed HVAC system. Therefore, I think the IdealAirLoads is very useful in early stages of design when you are trying out strategies. By default, it is assigned to your zones if you use Honeybee_Masses2Zones component.
I think Mostapha is the best person to respond to your second question.
Thanks,

Thanks a lot Devang!
Is it also possible to use one of the comfort analysis tools to produce an input value for the cooling control?
Hi Willem,
If you are referring to cooling set point or set back, then there's Honeybee_Set Energyplus Zone Thresholds component that can be helpful for establishing those controls over your honeybee zone / zones.

Hi Willem,
I believe, it is possible to craft a custom schedule from the output of Ladybug_PMV Comfort Calculator. But if we use that schedule to run energy simulation, we would essentially be making an optimization loop. I am not sure whether you intend to do that.

I would try to share a sample.
Hi Willem, You can do this using Honeybee but based on your short description you should probably use DragonFly (https://github.com/chriswmackey/Dragonfly).
