Cutting edges for digital fabrication

Hello,
Before of all, I would like to thanks for all kind of help I can get from you tips and advices.
I'm trying to prepare something for a CNC machine but I'm getting stuck to get profiled edges. Something like in this photo:


Attached is a gh example file. In this example as you can see, I did a "Solid Trim" for the central pipe and I got all squares holed. But when I try to do the same in order to get the edges cutted by the thin pipes, just a few cuts are done. I would like to know another way of achieve this result in another logic.
