Curves not entirely trimming with TrimwithBrep

Hello!

I made metaballs, but I want to cut a portion of the general form that is generated. 

I used the Trim with Brep battery to trim the curves with a solid , but it seems like a few random curves do not want to be trimmed ...

Would you know why by any chance :( ?
