Curve on Surface(Cylinder without caps=tube), UV-Point disorder

Hello,

i was wondering these days what happens when i want to apply the curve on surface component.

It works fine on a surfae whit 4 borders without seam, but when it is whit a seam the points are getting in disorder and i am not able to sort them the right way. One point seems to break out of the grid , i already tried culling the duplictes without sucess.

Also isnt it possible doing this just by using divide surface component?
