Curve join problem

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to create a "pinch" on opposite sides of my tower. I am having trouble with one side of the tower where two edges are not joining together to make a smooth curve.

I want the "pinch" to run all the way through to the top of the tower, similar to the image attached. I would appreciate if someone could help me, Thanks.
